At Lunchbox, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-packaged home goods. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to make the return or exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
